Step 1. Device Setup.

Before starting screen recording, please enable your microphone, system audio, or headphones to ensure sound is recorded properly.

Step 2. Add Subtitles.

When the video recording is completed, FocuSee will automatically enter the editing page. In the menu on the left side of the software interface, click Captions function, and enter the subtitle generation interface.

Step 3. Set Subtitle Language

FocuSee can recognize the language of the audio recorded by the microphone. You can choose automatic recognition as needed, or select a specific language in the language drop-down menu.

Step 4. Generate and Adjust Subtitles.

After setting the language, you can click the Generate button to generate subtitles. This process takes time, depending on factors such as video size and audio length. Please be patient.

After the subtitles are generated, you can directly view all the subtitles in the left area of the software editing page, check and adjust the text that needs to be modified sentence by sentence.

If you need to optimize the subtitle display effect, you can click the Style to customize the subtitle Font Size, Position, and Spacing.

If you need to regenerate subtitles, you can click the Back button to return to the previous settings page and Regenerate subtitles.

Step 5. Share and Export Video.

After completing all subtitle editing and styling settings, you can click the Play button to view the works. Then, you can click the Share or Export button to share or export your video.
