If you come across similar situations as mentioned above, please don’t worry. FocuSee-Auto Captions function can help you enable the automatic generation and manual adjustment of the captions. You can refer to this instructions to learn how to incorporate captions into your video.

Computer System Requirements

	Windows OS	macOS
Operating System	Windows 10 or later	macOS 10.13 or later, and optimal experience on macOS 12.3 and above
Processor	Intel i5 and above processors, dual-core 2.9GHz and above	Apple M1 or later or Intel-based Mac
Memory	At least 8GB of RAM	At least 8GB of RAM

Step 1. Device Setup.

Before starting the screen recording process, please enable your microphone, system audio or headphones.

Step 2. Add Captions.

After the video recording is completed, please click Captions in the left menu.

Within this tab, you will find 3 auto caption generation modes: Nano, Basic, and Pro. Each mode offers varying levels of accuracy in caption generation.

Step 3. Set Caption Language.

Please select either the Auto option or a specific language from the Language section.

Step 4. Generate Captions.

Then click the Generate Captions.

Click the Generate Captions

And the captions will be generated automatically. You can adjust the captions on the left side.

You also can select the Style icon to customize the font size, position, and spacing of the captions.

If you need to regenerate captions, please click the Back button.
