1. Unable to Sign in with Google

The latest version does not support sign in with Google. You will need to manually enter your account credentials to log in. Please either sign up for an account from the FocuSee login interface or click here to access the iMobie Center to sign up. Use your purchase-linked gmail account to register, and once registered, log in to enjoy your existing benefits.

2. Unable to Sign in with Apple

The new version also does not support Sign in with Apple. You will need to log in using your account and password. If you have already made a purchase, please contact the support team at cs@imobie.com and provide your purchase credentials along with your registered account.
