Step 1. Upload the Video.

Once your video is ready, click the Share button to upload it to the cloud and generate a secure, shareable link.

The Share feature is available only with a VIP account, so please ensure you are logged in to your order-linked account. If you're using the free version and are interested in upgrading to the paid version, please click here to upgrade.

Step 2. Configure Video Settings.

Before uploading, customize your video by setting the name, resolution and frame rate. Once done, click Upload and Share to process and upload your video.

Personalize your video with these choices:

1Name: Creat a title for easy identification.

2Resolution: Choose video quality (e.g., 720P, 1080P, 2K and 4K).

3Frame Rate: Select playback smoothness (e.g., 10, 20, 24, 25, 30, 50, or 60 frames per second (FPS)).

Export the video and start the upload.

Step 3. Manage Sharing Settings.

After a successful upload, you'll see: Video uploaded successfully! Here, you can preview how your video appears to viewers or easily share the direct URL.

For additional security & access controls, you can:

1Allow Sharing: Toggle link accessibility (enable/disable sharing).

2Access Password: Set a password—only users with this password will be able to view. You can also choose to generate a new password.

Step 4. Manage Shared Files.

You can review all previously undeleted shared videos under Shared Files in the File History section. All Pro accounts come with at least 1GB of cloud storage and instant shareable and viewable links for uploaded content. The storage capacity increases based on your current plan—activating the 5-computer plan grants your account 5GB of storage, aligning with your device activation limit. However, lifetime users' cloud storage is only available for one year.

Go to File History to:

1Copy Link: Copy the shareable URL.

2View/Edit Sharing Permissions: Adjust access settings anytime.

3Delete Files: Remove shared videos permanently.
