Recording Preset

Whether you encounter the similar situations below?

“I want to pre-set the size of the camera in my recording, what should I do?”

“Is there a good way to keep the setting in my recordings so that I can use it in other recording?”

“I want to apply all the settings of this recording to other videos, what should I do?”

If you just encounter the similar situation above, don’t worry. FocuSee - Recording Preset feature can enable you to set a set of specific settings for quick application when recording videos. Including configuring the canvas ratio, mouse style, click effect, camera layout, watermark setting,etc. The following instructions will help you do it.

Operating System Windows 10 or later macOS 10.13 or later, and optimal experience on macOS 12.3 and above
Processor Intel i5 and above processors, dual-core 2.9GHz and above Apple M1 or later or Intel-based Mac
Memory At least 8GB of RAM At least 8GB of RAM

Step 1. Edit Recording.

After you finish the recording, you will enter the editing panel bar. You can change the canvas ratio, mouse style, click effects, camera layout, etc, as you like.

Step 2. Create the Preset.

After you finish editing your recording, please click Preset button in the upper right corner to create a preset.

Then, please enter the preset template name and click Create.

After you create the template name, you will see the following page.

In this setting page, you can:

1Rename: Rename preset template.
2Set as Default Preset: The preset template will be automatically applied to new videos.
3Apply: Apply this preset template to the current recording.
4Delete: Delete the preset.

Saved presets will not be automatically updated after modification. Please create a new preset and save.

Step 3. Apply for Preset.

After creating the preset, please click Apply button to apply the preset. It will automatically apply to your next newly recorded video.

1. Presets will only apply to the attributes that are applicable to the current project. For example, if the current project does not have a camera but a preset that includes camera settings is applied, then the camera-related attributes will not be applied.
