1. What is AI credit?

FocuSee AI Credits are a virtual points system introduced in FocuSee 2.0. Every paid user automatically receives an AI Credits account. These credits can be used to unlock and enjoy advanced AI features such as AI avatar, remove silence & fillers, AI subtitles, and vocal enhancement.

2. Why does FocuSee use credits?

Providing you with powerful AI capabilities means that FocuSee needs to bear high research and development costs and ongoing operational expenses, including high algorithm model development costs. Every AI call generates real computing power and server resource consumption.

Therefore, we adopt an integral deduction mechanism to cover these costs. This ensures that we can continuously provide and optimize stable and efficient AI services for you. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Is there a validity period for unused AI credits?

Yes. Please note that the credits you purchase are valid for one year. Any expired credits will be automatically removed from your account. We recommend using them before the expiration date to get the fullest value from your purchase.

4. How can I check my remaining AI credits?

If you want to check your remaining credits, please log in to FocuSee and view your credits balance in your account by clicking your avatar. To get more information about AI credits, please choose the My Benefits option.

5. What happens if I request a refund after using AI credits?

If you request a refund after partially using credits, the used credits will be converted into an equivalent amount and deducted from your refund.

Since AI features involve significant algorithm and service costs, this policy ensures the sustainability and continuous improvement of our services. We appreciate your understanding.

6. What features require AI credits and the amount deducted?

At present, except for Audio Noise Reduction and Remove Camera Background functions that do not require additional credits, all other AI functions require different amounts of credits. Please refer to the below tablet to get more information about AI Credits Calculated Rules and Usage Duration.
