If you have requested a refund but have not received it, here are some possible reasons:
A. Refund has not been initiated.
If you want to apply for a refund but didn’t contact our Support Team or the refund is still being processed, please contact our Support Team to confirm the status of your order. We will check and process it for you as soon as possible.
B. There is a delay in processing the refund.
Once we confirm the refund, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days for the funds to be credited to your account. However, depending on the type of transaction, it may take longer during the busy holiday season.
