1. How to enable USB debugging option on Android?

2. How do I enable MTP mode?

MTP stands for Media Transfer Protocol. When you enable MTP on your Android device, your phone will appear as a multimedia device on your computer. To enable MTP mode, please follow these steps:

1. Unlock your phone.

2. Connect your phone to your computer using a USB cable.

3. Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the notification panel and tap on the USB options notification.

4. In the settings menu that appears, select MTP (Media Transfer Protocol).

5. Wait for your phone to automatically reconnect to the computer.

3. What to do if FocuSee cannot detect Android by USB connection?

If your Android failed to be detected via USB cable, please check the instructions below:

1. Check whether you are using the latest version of FocuSee. If not, please download it.

2. Check if you have enabled USB debugging option in Settings.

3. Reconnect the Android device or give another USB cable a try.

4. Please make sure your Android device can be detected by the computer.

5. Check whether you have the latest version of USB Driver and ADB Driver on your computer and device. If not, download and update from your Android device official website.
