FocuSee currently supports both Windows and Mac operating systems.

For Windows:
1. Please find "Settings" option on your computer.
2. Please choose "System" option.
3. Please choose "About" option. And you will view the detailed info about computer specification.
For Mac:
1. Please click the Apple icon on the top left of your computer screen.
2. Please click "About this Mac".
3. You will find the computer specifications in the following appearing window.
If you are not able to download FocuSee on your computer, would you please follow the suggestions below?
(1). Please make sure that the Internet connection is stable when you download and install FocuSee.
(2). Please make sure that your computer has enough storage.
(3). Please temporarily turn off the anti-virus system on your computer.
(4). Please try to copy & paste the download URL in the browser to download FocuSee.

There are two ways to update FocuSee to the latest version. One is to check for updates from FocuSee directly. Please unfold Settings icon and choose Check for updates option.
