  Customers purchase FocuSee and can use the current version (e.g. Version 2) forever, but upgrading to the next major version (e.g. Version 3) comes at an additional upgrade cost, with an exclusive discount available for existing users.

• How can I activate my FocuSee?

  Please sign up and log into your account using the email you entered when purchasing your plan. Once logged in, your FocuSee is activated automatically.

• What’s your refund policy, and how does it work with AI Credits?

  You can contact us to request a refund within 60 days for a one-time purchase or a 1-year subscription, and within 7 days for a monthly plan. If you have already used any AI Credits, their cost will be deducted from your refund, as AI services incur real usage costs. This helps us continue providing high-quality features and reliable service to all users.

• Can I transfer my FocuSee account from my old device to a new one?

  We can help you transfer your FocuSee account from the old device to the new one twice a year for certain reasons. For example, your old device might have experienced issues like being broken, sold, or lost, or you may have acquired a new device. To unbind your account from the old device, please contact us and provide the activated email account so that we can promptly address the issue.

• Can I try FocuSee before purchasing?

  FocuSee offers a free trial that allows you to explore standard features and export one high-quality video in up to 4K resolution for free. Please note that some advanced AI-powered features require a premium subscription and credits to use.

• Is there an education discount?

  Yes. Please go to our education offer page to apply for an education discount. Available for students, teachers, and staff.

• What are AI Credits and how do I use them?

  AI Credits in FocuSee let you unlock and use advanced AI-powered features — including AI avatars, noise reduction, voice enhancement, and automatic removal of silence or filler words. Each time you use these AI features, a certain number of AI Credits will be consumed. • Do unused Credits expire?

  Yes. Subscription users receive 300 free Credits each month, valid for one month. Lifetime users receive 1000 AI Credits, valid for one year. Make sure to use your Credits before they expire to get the most out of your plan!

• Is there any limitation on video duration?

  No, there’s no limit on the duration of recording. But please note that the longer your recording is, the more time it needs to render and export.

• Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

  Yes. You can cancel both monthly and yearly subscriptions at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to enjoy all benefits of your current billing period, including AI Credits and cloud storage. Once the billing period ends, your subscription will not renew and access to these benefits will stop.
